  • Career switchers

  • Returners to work

  • Under-employed individuals

How Kindle Connect Works

From Learning to Real Experience

Participants progress through:

  • Career guidance and skill mapping

  • Live online training modules

  • Capstone projects and certification

  • Volunteer-led internal projects

  • Job referrals and placement support

This approach bridges the gap between education and employment by offering genuine experience—not simulated learning.

Neurodiversity Recognition & Inclusion

Kindle Care exists to recognise autistic and neurodiverse individuals for their abilities, not their limitations.

We identify, document, and celebrate talent across:

  • Arts and creativity

  • Music and performance

  • Memory and cognition

  • Physical ability

  • Logic, maths, and problem-solving

Recognition is non-competitive, inclusive, and dignity-led.

Annual National Recognition Event

Celebrating Talent and Care

Each year, Kindle Care hosts a national, multi-day celebration featuring:

  • Talent showcases

  • Art and work exhibitions

  • Recognition ceremonies

  • Public appreciation for parents, carers, and care organisations

This event creates visibility, pride, and national recognition for those often overlooked.
