Our Story

Kindle Cause Foundation was founded by professionals from healthcare, social care, education, and technology backgrounds who witnessed first-hand the gaps in skills development, inclusion, and recognition across the UK.

Through lived experience, the trustees recognised that while society rewards certain professions and outputs, many essential contributions—particularly care, support, and neurodiverse talent—remain undervalued and unseen.

Talent should be recognised individually, not compared

Neurodiverse individuals should not be forced to conform

Contribution includes care, consistency, and compassion

Dignity must sit alongside innovation and productivity
